Guthrie School Community Service Project

Dear Guthrie Families

We here at Guthrie are excited to announce our school community service project for Spring 2022.

The students and staff will be raising funds to help save the Kingsway Legion. The Legion is at risk of closing due to unpaid mortgage and taxes and a need to repair the roof. We will be raising funds until mid-June, at which time we will present the Legion with a cheque. We would like to involve the students as much as possible in this project.

As a member of our community, we’d love to invite you to join us! However, we need some extra help to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

Would you please consider chipping in a donation of silent auction items? We will be creating some special gift baskets for a silent auction. We will post on our social media your donations and generous support.
