Hats On For Mental Health
Hats on for Mental Health! Wear a hat to school on Wednesday May 8th and help raise awareness of the importance of good mental health. Just like hats come in all shapes, sizes, and styles, so do our experiences with mental health. By wearing a hat, we're not only showing that we stand with those who may be struggling, but we're also starting conversations and breaking down stigmas surrounding mental health. So, whether it's a baseball cap, a toque, or a top hat, let's wear our hats proudly and show that we're here for each other.
